Returns & Exchanges

At FINESSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your style; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
